Buh, that texturee.. brush.. on the flames… how?

Arcylic brush and the eraser (set on flat 3)! then duplicate the layer and set it to overlay!! then saturate that shit up uwu

Afterwards, i created pixelated yellow squares via photoshop and set that to darken or overlay or screen (???) and set the opacity low.
